One of the main challenges you pointed out that you had was understanding spoken English.
There are number of reasons why this happens (accent, speed, word linking and contractions, unknown vocabulary) and we’re going to tackle them at the beginning of the training.
As a pre-session preparation task, please watch this short video about sentence stress. It is one of several important elements of the same challenge.
