A possible scenario to improve

Suppose you find your presentation slides too jammed with text.

If the slides in your presentation right now are too wordy, you need to reduce the amount of text in order to help the audience focus. This will also benefit you as a presenter in focusing on the key points.

Use bullet points, they are simple and effective. When reducing a text to bullet points, focus on the keywords that you want to keep. The rest, such as prepositions, articles and other “speech-like” connectors can be omitted. They can be reserved for the spoken part that accompanies each slide.
