They say muscles grow when resting, between two gym days.
In my experience this also works for learning.
I was in my 20s when I got interested in learning Spanish.
One summer I spent some weeks in Spain.
I took a paper notebook everywhere I went.
Whenever I found or heard a new expression that I liked, I wrote it down.
In the evening, before going to sleep, I revised my notes.
I went through the list of the new words for the day.
I also included some revision of the words from previous days.
The next morning my mind was pouring out the answers at a 90% accuracy rate.
I only slept and rested. My brain did the heavy-lifting.
Just like muscles growing in the resting period.
It worked for me 🎯
1-Minute Tip ⏳
Results in learning come from work.
Rest is part of the work.
Do your part. Then let your brain work it out for you.
